I know what gets you out of bed in the morning.
You care deeply about your clients.
You’re committed to your craft.
You’re ready to step into mastery and leadership.
I also know the doubts and fears that keep you up at night.
What if I mess up or hurt someone?
What if I don’t know how to respond in a session and end up looking totally incompetent?
And most importantly, what if I trigger someone’s trauma?
You will inevitably trigger someone’s trauma.
Because trauma is within us and all around us.
And intuitively, you already know this.
You know about your own trauma, and you’ve likely done some work on it with the support of your own coach or therapist.
You know a bit about the impact of your own inner child and family dynamics in your life, and you know that these factors impact your clients, too.
Until now, you’ve lacked the language, skills, and tools to help your clients work through their trauma, so you’ve sidestepped it.
You’ve gone around your client’s trauma instead of through it.
THAT CHANGES NOW.
Because you’ve found the missing piece of the puzzle:
Trauma-Informed Coaching
Becoming a trauma-informed coach is your ticket to going deeper with clients and elevating your coaching craft.

Expanding trauma-informed work in the world is my mission in life.
In case we haven’t already met, I’m Jamuna, your trauma-informed coach, guide, and facilitator, and I’ve been dedicated to this work for over 10 years.
I began by supporting women around addiction and codependency and have since grown into coaching other coaches, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders through their own traumas to create massive breakthroughs.
Identifying a gap in the coaching industry and earning my own trauma-informed coaching certification solidified my commitment to expanding trauma-informed coaching in the world.
From my own personal experience of growing up in a household filled with chaos and dysregulation, I understand the impacts of a trauma-filled childhood and have invested years in my own healing journey. Ultimately, I’ve learned that my past is my greatest teacher because it allows me to empathize with others while sharing proven methods for healing, growing, and transforming their lives.
I created the Transcend Trauma-Informed Coaching Certification Program by combining codependency healing with the power of the somatic and felt experience to facilitate the most powerful client transformations.
Becoming trauma-informed is the one thing that’s missing from your coaching practice and the antidote to all of the trauma-inducing and trauma-triggering bro marketing in the coaching world (and beyond).
Help your clients turn their pain into purpose and their trauma into their superpower.
Transcend teaches from a client-centered, holistic approach to trauma-informed coaching.
We dig deep into trauma, not just intellectually but experientially, and the Transcend container fosters healing at the individual, group, and community levels.
